Carbon dioxide cryogenic pump is used to extract liquid carbon dioxide from the liquid outlet pipe of the cryogenic storage tank and fill the gas cylinder directly through the pipe with the filling pressure less than 7MPa. The amount of carbon dioxide to be filled is determined by the volume of the cylinder: the amount to be filled = the volume of the cylinder * the filling coefficient (0.6 for a cylinder with nominal pressure of 15MPa), in kg (kg).
In the season of high temperature, the vaporization of carbon dioxide in the cylinder will lead to high pressure in the cylinder, resulting in difficulty in filling. In this case, release the remaining gas in the cylinder and make the pressure in the cylinder less than 7MPa before filling.
