So we decided to start our first all natural plant aquarium and researching the best way to help the live plants is to use these CO2 canisters. We used the Fluval set up along with these canister and it helped out. Our plants are on their way, good color in the leaves and a couple of them are close to the glass that you see the roots actually taking to the substrate area.

Really easy to use and the air canisters are good. If you decide to go the "real" plants in a fish tank, then definitely get one of these set ups.
