SHOULD I STORE THE CO2 INFLATOR WITH A CARTRIDGE SCREWED INTO THE HEAD?
For safety reasons, we recommend not screwing the CO2 cartridge into the inflator head until needed in order to prevent CO2 being dispensed in storage / transport.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH ANY RESIDUAL GAS AFTER USING THE CO2 INFLATOR?
One you have achieved the required tyre pressure, any residual gas in the cartridge should be fully emptied for safety reasons.
DO THREADLESS PRESTA VALVES WORK WITH THE CO2 INFLATOR?
Most threadless presta valves have a small screw / threaded section at the very top of the valve stem which normally works with our CO2 inflator. If you purchase the inflator and things aren’t compatible for some reason, then send us a message and we’ll ensure we make things right for you.
IS THE CO2 INFLATOR COMPATIBLE WITH BOTH PRESTA AND SCHRADER VALVES?
The CO2 inflator is compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves, as the force of the gas expelled from the inflator head forces the valve open, no matter which type it is.
