I respectfully don't see why being able to top off your mags is important if you can just use CO2 and the gas in your mags will last for more 2+ reloads of bbs and doesn't lose consistency over the course of using up the gas in the mag. Just carry the allen key in a dangler or other pouch on your kit and refill your gas in between games or engagements. Let's be honest, you probably won't need to refill your gas when the bbs are flying at you unless you're using a gas gun as a primary and even then, just carry multiple magazines and your gas use will be spread evenly between them. If you run out of gas, just switch magazines until you get a chance to refill the gas. As far as the diversity of green gas platforms goes, all you need to do is find a well made CO2 gun that works well and shoots within the legal limits of the fields that you go to and after that you will never need another sidearm. I'd highly recommend the KWC M1911A1 or any of the Elite Force 1911's, I hear they're internally basically the same gun. Also, if you choose to run a CO2 gun don't litter, just throw the empty CO2 cartridge in a pocket or pouch and dispose of it properly when you leave.
